You Have 30 Days to Return Any Item
That is the most important thing to know: from the day your order is delivered, you have 30 days to request a return for a refund or exchange.
What We Can and Cannot Accept
Before starting a return, please check the following:
- Items must be unused, in their original condition and original packaging.
- You must include your order number or proof of purchase.
- Gift cards, personalised items and products marked "final sale" are not eligible for return.

Receive instructions — we will reply with the return address and everything you need to know. 3. Pack and ship — secure the item carefully and send it back following the instructions we provide.
How Refunds Work
Once your returned item arrives with us, we inspect it and send you a confirmation email. If your return is approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Note that your bank or card provider may take a few additional days to reflect the amount.
Exchanges
We offer free exchanges for a different size or color, subject to availability.
Received a Damaged or Incorrect Item?
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos so we can assess the issue quickly. We will arrange either a free replacement or a full refund — there is no cost to you.
